International Journal of Research in Counseling and Education
The International Journal of Research in Counseling and Education (IJRICE), with the ISSN: 2620-5769 (Electronic), ISSN: 2620-5750 (Print), is a scholarly, peer-reviewed, and open-access interdisciplinary journal that is published semi-annually in July and December. The journal is published by Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) in collaboration with the Indonesian Counselor Association (IKI). It was initially launched in December 2017 with Volume 1, Issue 1.
The International Journal of Research in Counseling and Education (IJRICE) aims to provide a means for sustained discussion of relevant issues that fall within the focus and scope of the journal, which can be examined empirically. The journal publishes research articles that encompass various aspects of counseling, educational psychology, psychological intervention, mental health, and coping behavior. In addition to the broad range of counseling and educational psychology topics covered, the journal also welcomes manuscripts that address areas such as oncologic psychological therapy, cancer rehabilitation, psychiatric intervention, mental health approaches, marriage and family practices, sexual abuse, addiction, crisis intervention, spiritual counseling, and psychological-technology related research.
